Renelyn Quinicot is a multi-disciplinary artist and arts curator, Movement and Meditation teacher and space-holder for various communal circles that foster vulnerability and connection through story-telling, self-knowledge explorations and knowledge- sharing. She is a Filipinx with her heart in the south probinsya of Philippines, and her upbrining informed  by the experience of gentrification in her home neighbourhood of Parkdale Village in Tkaronto. She is trained in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Pre-and Post- Natal Yoga, Pilates, Cardio-Dance-Pilates, Reformer, Contrast Therapies (hot and cold), and Soundmeditation.
