WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES OR NEEDS ME?

Totally okay. We all get it ;) You can pause, feed, cuddle, or step out and back in anytime.

CAN I FEED MY BABY DURING CLASS?

Yes, anytime. Breast or bottle feeding is welcome throughout.

IS THERE A CHANGE-TABLE?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a designated space for diaper changes in the washroom. You’re also welcome to use your own mat, or corner of the room if that feels easier.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is free street parking on Russell Ave. however, sometimes the road gets very busy during daytime hours so we recommend arriving a bit early to give time to find a parking space.

Question 5

CAN I BRING MY STROLLER INSIDE?

Accepted Answer

Yes... However our lobby is quite small so if you need to bring your stroller you can bring it directly inside the studio space. If we have too many strollers we may ask you to fold your stroller to allow more space.

DO I NEED DANCE EXPERIENCE?

Nope. This is beginner friendly and fully guided.

Question 7

WHAT AGE OF BABY IS THIS FOR?

Accepted Answer

Minimum age of 6 weeks. Best suited for babies who are comfortable in a carrier. If your baby enjoys being worn and you feel confident carrying them, you’re good to go.

WHAT KIND OF CARRIER SHOULD I USE?

Accepted Answer

Any safe, well-fitted carrier you’re comfortable with (wraps, structured carriers). If you’re unsure, choose the one that feels most supportive for you and your baby.

MY PARTNER AND I BOTH WANT TO COME BUT WE ONLY HAVE ONE BABY!

No problem! You'll just each need to purchase an individual ticket. You can take turns dancing with your baby...or not ! ;)
