Yes, the event is 100% free thanks to our generous sponsors and church family at Bethel.

Does my child need to be with me?

Yes, the Back to School Bash is designed to be a fun day for your kids to pick out their backpacks and supplies. It's not just about the essentials, we will have lots of games, music and prizes for the kids. Adults without their children present will not be permitted to enter.

What is included in the school supplies?

Every child will go home with a backpack and assorted school supplies including, pencils, erasers, colouring utensils, a ruler, glue stick, scissors, a binder, and paper.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before your ticket time to account for check-in at the registration tables.

Question 6

How can I schedule a haircut for my child at the event?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a link in your registration confirmation that will bring you to the haircut appointment page. Appointments are limited so please only sign up if you can make it. Haircuts will take place during the school supplies pick-up parade but you will not miss out on picking up supplies.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, we do have parking on-site but it is limited, please limit the number of vehicles you bring as a family or group.

Do I need to bring proof of identification?

Our team may ask for identification to verify your ticket. Please have some form of identification ready when you check-in.
