You&#x27;re Invited!!Back-to-school this year is unlike any year before. We&#x27;re facing decisions that we never imagined would be presented to us, we&#x27;re waiting anxiously on regulations and policies to be published and publicized, we&#x27;re preparing our children to get back into a routine after the last 6 months being turned upside down, and we&#x27;re considering how to create our new schedules of simultaneously working from home while schooling our children.Yet, in all of the craziness of this new world, we still also have to restock our children&#x27;s school supplies, grab them new clothes, new shoes, a new backpack, and new lunch boxes..... Oh! Lunchboxes.....YIKES!!! That means we also have to start thinking about filling those lunch boxes again!!!Let me help you take the stress out of the first week of school!Join me on August 27th at 2 pm EST for a back-to-school lunchbox workshop! Together, online, we will make 5 easy, fun, delicious, child-friendly, and school-approved lunchboxes!!! This will be a family-friendly event, so I encourage you to invite your children to participate! These lunches are perfect for your child just starting school for the first time to the more seasoned and prepared 13-year old students! Registration IS required!P.s. - feeling a little camera shy? Don&#x27;t worry, you can keep your camera and mic turned off so you don&#x27;t have to be visually seen!Is this workshop for you?1) You are homeschooling your children - YES! Even if you are keeping your children home for school this year, keeping a consistent routine and predictability can help make this a smoother process than we experienced in the earlier half of 2020. Plus, ensuring that your children are eating well, and at regular intervals throughout the day, will ensure that their brains, memory, energy, and bodies are prepped and primed for ideal learning! Also, did you notice how much more food your children were eating once they were home full time? Let&#x27;s save you some money and time in the kitchen by avoiding the bottomless pits of your kiddos&#x27; bellies!2) You are sending your children to school - YES! Your children need a good source of nutrition to protect their immune systems and provide their body the required fuel to make it through a long day! Avoid blood sugar crashes and energy/mood swings by packing your kids&#x27; lunch boxes with foods that will keep them going full-swing all day!3) You&#x27;re doing a combination of home schooling and in-class learning - YES! For all of the reasons above, and for more! Our lives are changing on a daily basis right now. Children thrive on predictability and structure. Give them what they need to be successful by having constants in their lives that they can rely on - packed lunches, fun food, and routines!4) You don&#x27;t have any children - YES!
