Do I need a ticket to attend?

Accepted Answer

No! We are using Eventbrite to help us get a sense of how many people will be coming, but you are also welcome to just show up last minute. Please refund your ticket if you aren't going to make it.

I don't drink, will I feel comfortable here?

We will be offering custom mocktails for everyone who isn't interested in drinking alcohol! You are more than welcome to use this space without drinking

Would it be weird to come alone?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! If you come without a crew and require a little facilitation, you can find Sierra and Rosa to make you a couple introductions to get started.

This is an event for journalists to connect with other journalists. Anyone working in journalism, whether it's print, audio, digital, TV or elsewhere, is welcome.
