Not at all! This class is designed for beginners and curious home bakers. I’ll guide you through every step, explain the techniques, and answer questions along the way.

Just yourself and your curiosity. All the ingredients and equipment will be provided.

Classes are kept small (10 max)  so everyone can ask questions , get help when needed, and enjoy the experience.

It’s a mix of demonstration, explanation, and hands-on practice so you leave understanding both the how and the why behind the techniques.

No. While French pastry can sound intimidating, I break everything down into simple steps. My goal is to make French pastry techniques understandable and approachable.
