Balance &amp; Brunch at Puddicombe House Flow into Balance, Savour Every Bite!Join us at the beautiful Puddicombe House in New Hamburg for our Balance &amp; Brunch event on May 24th.Start your day with an hour of gentle yoga led by local Yoga Teacher, <a href="https://www.fortheloveofmovement.ca/" title="https://www.fortheloveofmovement.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Carrie Bergen-Geisel</a> from 11 am to 12 pm, designed to help you find balance, relax your body, and refresh your mind. Whether you prefer to practice on a mat or in a chair, she’ll offer modifications to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported—no matter your level of mobility. Please bring your yoga mat, chairs will be provided.Afterwards, enjoy a delicious brunch from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm prepared by Puddicombe's talented culinary team.This event takes place the weekend after Mother’s Day, making it the perfect gift to show Mom some love or to simply treat yourself to a well-deserved break.
