Julian is a technology veteran with over three decades of experience turning ideas into services and businesses.  Whether at Apple, AT&T, the UK Government or as a co-founder of several software companies – Julian has a penchant for predicting and designing how the web impacts our lives. At Barclays, Julian heads up mobile innovation which is really a business within the business.  He leads fluid teams to tell powerful stories and invent the future. Julian has the vantage point of looking to the early days of the technology revolution -- and aptly has some strong views on where we are heading next.

Leigh Steed-Middleton /  CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICE @  SIGNAL NOISE
Signal Noise is part of the Economist group and is a data design agency that helps make sense of the complex world. As CSO, Leigh works with some of the biggest and brightest companies in the world to build products and tell stories. A veteran designer, he has launched brands and led successful teams in the corporate, agency, and startup worlds. Leigh is also a two-time startup founder.

For nearly 20 years she has worked with or for large banks based in both the UK and Australia. She is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Open Inclusion. She sees new technologies such as voice interfaces, haptics, biometrics and AI as great enablers of improved customer experience. Christine is currently working on a review of the major UK banking apps that will assess their post-authentication functionality, capability, and accessibility.

She had led multichannel campaigns for scale-ups, FinTech, and data. Catalina is the former VP of Marketing at Reincubate - which help businesses build value with their own data in a transparent and ethical manner. Catalina will explain how AI is due to change the face of banking and finance in ways we can only begin to imagine.

James Potten / MANAGING DIRECTOR @ RED ACADEMY
James is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of scaling businesses and running purpose-led organisations. He is a Partner and Managing Director at RED Academy - a technology school in Vancouver, Toronto, and London which is redefining education to prepare for an exponential future. Previously James was the managing director at ecosurety, an environmental consultancy which he grew to 50 employees and later exited. James also Chairs Deki, a micro-finance charity whose mission is to create a world of opportunity, not poverty through a hand up, not a handout.
