Through Sharing Dance, Canada's National Ballet School (NBS) aims to improve access to quality dance education for the health of all Canadians. NBS is committed to demonstrating the relevance of dance to improving quality of life.

Battery Dance, in partnership with Canada's National Ballet School, presents a FREE Dancing to Connect Performance!

Betty Oliphant Theatre

Led by Battery Dance Teaching Artists, Dancing to Connect is a collaborative dance workshop that aims to empower participants aged 14-24 to express their individual creativity and share meaningful personal stories through movement.The project is funded by NATO@70, who's goal is to see the creation of a movement piece that addresses NATO's principles of importance of security and mutual cooperation in ensuring peace.The workshops culminate in a performance where participants will share their creations with family, friends and the public.PERFORMANCE DETAILSDate: Friday, Nov 1, 2019, 7:00pmLocation: Betty Oliphant Theatre, 404 Jarvis Street, Toronto ON M4Y 2G6Register to hold your spot before seats run out!
