Can this event count towards my continuing education credits (CECs)?

Great question! While we cannot offer accredited or formal CECs as different disciplines require different information, we are happy to provide a summary of information and learnings from the Be Well Summit for you to submit for any CEC requirements. What does my ticket include?

Enjoy breakfast catered by the ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen, a panel discussion hosted by Jane Ambassadors, one breakout session of your choice, the opportunity to network with Calgary-and-area allied health professionals and goodies!

Do I need to be a current Jane user to attend?

Accepted Answer

No, absolutely not. Our Jane Ambassadors would love to welcome you to the Be Well Summit regardless of your clinic management software. This is an opportunity for any and all allied-health industry professionals to attend.

What should I bring to the Be Well Summit?

We encourage you to bring any items you can use to take notes, along with any of your favourite beverages. Water will be provided throughout the day, but coffee and tea will be limited to the breakfast session.

What is the dress code?

Does the Be Well Summit have parking?

Yes! ATCO Park, where the Be Well Summit will be hosted, has free visitor parking both underground and on the event-level surface.

Question 8

What else do I need to know about parking?

Underground parkade access is from the second left off Forand St. The parkade entry is the first turn on the left. Use the call button to access the parade. You may park in visitor or reserved spots for the Be Well Summit. Please take the elevator up to level 1 to join the event.

Question 9

How accessibility is the venue?

Accepted Answer

There are accessible parking stalls at the South Entrance, along with two in the parkade. There is a ramp to the South doors and no stairs to access the elevators from the parkade. The venue space itself is all on one level, with elevator access to the 2nd floor for the breakout rooms.
