Mike has his own food service company called The Black Pig BBQ and the Ultra Fine Dining Experience at The Chef’s Estate where people can access the internationally acclaimed menus that he and his team have put together. Michael has been a competitive chef for over 15 years and has an impressive list of international awards including Best Steak in the World, Best BBQ Sauce in the World, and World Recipe Champion to name a few. You may also recognize Michael for his time as a TV personality and Food Network Judge, most recently on the Food Network Series: Fire Masters. A﻿bout Pitmasters Choice Pellets:Pitmasters Choice Pellets is an 100% Canadian owned and operated company. They started off selling pellets to commercial customers in 2018 and expanded to retail in 2019 with the goal of selling high-quality pellet blends at fair prices.A﻿bout Ontario Beef:Ontario Beef is the public engagement arm of the Beef Farmers of Ontario (BFO), and focuses on the promotion of beef and beef farming to the people of Ontario.
