We are thrilled to have Tom Nolan of Nod Apiaries joining us at Urban Bee Supplies for a FREE event to discuss the use of Formic acid as part of an Integrative Pest Management plan.Tom will be joining us on Sunday March 24th right after the BCHPA Conference in Kamloops.Sadly, no colony of bees is immune from the threat of varroa destructor and we want to help beekeepers to make informed choices on how to mitigate the devestating effects of the dreaded mite.Formic acid is a great option to introduce into your mite management plan and with the help of Tom we will become better educated on the proper application, ideal time/temperature to use as well as how it interacts with other treatments.You don't want to miss this one!
