Each dish is thoughtfully paired with one of our signature brews, and presented to you with a guided tasting by our Brewmaster and Chef.Between courses, you’ll be guided on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour led by our brewmaster—sharing stories, techniques, and the inspiration behind each pour. This is more than a dinner—it’s a rare chance to experience the brewery like an insider.
