Bellydance Workout
Shimmy your heart rate up!
This class uses bellydance steps and drills to raise your heart rate and give you a great workout while you are having fun!
Dress comfortably (yoga pants or leggings and a tank top or t-shirt; a sports bra is also a good idea) and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. No shoes are required but you can wear indoor shoes or non-slippery socks. Loaner hip scarves are available at the studio to use during class.
There is no need to print your ticket, electronic check-in will be done upon arrival.
We are located at 1444 Glenora Dr, Unit #2 inside the Ontario Speech & Language Services unit. Entrance is through the front door. Free parking is available around the building.
