We are located at 1444 Glenora Dr, Unit #2 inside the Ontario Speech & Language Services unit. Entrance is through the front door.

Yes, free parking is available around the building.

Do I need dance experience?

No, this workshop is geared to anyone regardless of their dance experience or fitness level.

Do I need to bring any workout equipment?

No equipment is necessary. For the conditioning part of the class, resistance bands, weights and yoga mats are available at the studio. If you prefer to bring your own yoga mat, you are welcome to do so.
