Please join us in a transition planning workshop where you and your loved one with a disability can explore future plans and ideas for ensuring a good life.This workshop is for individuals with disabilities who have already finished school or will soon be graduating, their families who are planning what is next.In the first workshop we will be laying down the foundation of the planning process and exploring the topic of what is a good life.
