Do we have to take the shuttle?

No, but it's included in your ticket & saves you the hassle of driving. If you decide you do want your own vehicle, there is limited parking at the event site.

What's your refund policy?

Tickets may be refunded in full 10 days prior to the event date. Cancellations with less than 10 days notice can receive a 50% refund.
