Bike Maintenance Workshop

The Ottawa Tool Library is a lending library offering a wide range of household tools: hand tools, power tools, garden tools, and kitchen tools.Our mission is to engage and empower the community to participate in sharing resources by providing access to tools and skills for everybody.Our WorkSpace is set up with essential woodshop tools for you to come and work on your projects. Passes can be bought at the tool library after you've completed our safety training.

Ottawa Tool Library

Learn how to tune your bike and maintain it for fun riding.

Bring your bike to OTL, put it on one of our bike stands, and learn how to assess its road safety. We will go over basic tune-up tasks and clean off the cobwebs.You will be able to check your brakes and cables, clean your chain, check your tires and wheels as well as gears.This workshop will be held outside underneath our OTL tents, please dress accordingly.Note:Workshops are transferable to another person and only refundable if we have people on the waiting list. Please make sure this date works with your schedule.
