For over 43 years, the Y has provided opportunities for people to shine through a variety of programs and services focused on health and wellness, child care, camps, employment services, education, and training.

Connect and focus on your wellbeing through a free fitness class and social event presented by Red Bird Brewing and the Downtown Y.This 45-minute bootcamp workout combines a variety of fun movements that will have you sweating and smiling—a perfect way to fit in some active time around the Thanksgiving holiday.After the workout, stick around to chat, enjoy some of the delicious food and drinks Red Bird is known for, and learn how you can win some awesome prizes.There are only 50 spots, so be sure to get your ticket through Eventbrite. We recommend arriving by 10:15 AM to get set up and sign a waiver before the class begins.Let’s come together to nurture our whole health—in spirit, mind, and body—this Thanksgiving. We can’t wait to see you there!
