At Black Mentorship Inc., we believe it is crucial to provide a safe space where Black people can learn and receive support without fear of being judged at their entry-level or mid-career stage.Our programs are organized in a strategic success-oriented approach where mentors are paired with mentees based on user profiles. We use a distinct mentorship approach where the mentor also serves as a life coach. Our mentors deliver effective tailored mentorship service, education and skills building that supports professional's career advancement.

Join us to celebrate the black contributions to Canada and continue conversations to promote Black Excellence!Changing the negative narratives that have impacted black people for generations requires intentional actions that honour black people&#x27;s contributions, accomplishments and heritage. To this end, BMI will kick off the 2023 Black History Month celebration with a Black Excellence Gala on February 4th, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The BMI Black Excellence Gala will celebrate black people&#x27;s accomplishments and culture while having difficult conversations necessary for sustainable change that will foster new ideologies and policies promoting social bonding and integration.Join us for an evening of:<ul><li>Cultural display, </li><li>Ethnical music and food. </li><li>Engaging conversations</li><li>Encapsulating and rich historical demonstration.</li></ul>Mark your calendars and RSVP for the early bird special starting now until January 15th, 2023.
