Sparkles n&#x27; Sawdust Studio is hosting an epic paint night style workshop, with a fun black light twist.During this workshop Jacquelyn will provide you with friendly step-by-step instructions to creating a beautiful acrylic painting that is inspired by Van Gogh&#x27;s much adored &quot;Starry Night&quot;. Watch in awe as your painting begins to light up in various spots, with the application of a special black light activated medium!No painting experience is needed to participate - just the willingness to let loose and have fun! At the end of this event you can expect to leave with your beautiful painting to proudly display in your home and with a wonderful memory.Art aprons are provided for participants, however please wear something that you don&#x27;t mind getting paint on (just in case).Please note that we are not a licensed venue however, we have non-alcoholic beverages and locally made chocolate bars that are available for purchasing. Her passion for art and creativity began at an early age and continues to blossom throughout her adult life. Her background is deeply rooted within the Halifax arts industry and as a business professional, she continues to stay connected through hosting the annual Supernova Market.Jacquelyn finds an immeasurable amount of joy in sharing her passion for art with others. With a zest for life and warm smile, she is always eager to welcome people from all walks of life into the studio. Her workshops have become well known for being fun, well organized and always with a few shared laughs!_______________________________________________<h3>At Sparkles n&#x27; Sawdust Studio we truly care about your health &amp; safety. This is what you can expect when attending a workshop:</h3>​- Reduced Class sizes (max.10 participants per class)- Trifold plexiglass cubicles for each individual participant- Art and/or craft supplies is divided up in advance to allow for a zero contact event- Tables are spaced out to allow for social distancing- Wall mounted hand sanitizer provided- Controlled environment - with no foot traffic- Studio is thoroughly sanitized before every workshop- We have air conditioning with an air purifier for the warmer months- Face masks are not mandatory, however they are strongly encouraged (All staff are masked)Our workshops are carefully timed and therefore to make sure that everyone get the most of the experience, attendees who arrive more than 5 minutes late are not permitted to participate and therefore will forfeit their ticket. Thank you for your cooperation!STAY HOME POLICY - If you are unable to attend due to illness, recent exposure or self isolation please get in touch with us by email prior to the event and we will issue a credit note with a 3 month expiration date. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. No compensation will be provided for anyone who contacts the studio after the event has started or for no shows.If a workshop in unable to be held due to covid-19 restrictions or safety concerns, you will be notified by email and receive a credit note, with no expiration date.
