Bitcoin Bay Presents - BlockHack Hackathon & Conference, 2021

BlockHack is a 5 day hackathon, and 1 day conference, that aims to combine the efforts of entrepreneurs and developers, and promote growth of blockchain-related projects and ventures. The BlockHack Hackathon takes place from May 3rd to May 7th, and the Conference is on May 8, where hacker teams will present their project. Hackathon results will be announced May 9th, and the winners will also get to pitch their projects at the BitAngels Investment event on May 13!BlockHack wants to help you, a Developer, Entrepreneur, or Investor, navigate through the Blockchain landscape. There is a huge developer base, but perhaps not the same level of Blockchain collaboration. Blockchain technologies will have an impact, not just behind the scenes in computer science, but it will change how we do business and remodel the concept of a business relationship.BlockHack is already one of the biggest hackathons in Toronto, and the community is continuing to grow rapidly.Agenda<ul><li>May 3rd - Hacking Begins</li><li>May 7th - Hacking Ends</li><li>May 8th - Conference Presentations</li><li>May 9th - Final Judging Results</li><li>May 13th - BitAngels Investment Pitch</li></ul>Only work completed during the hackathon will be considered for judging. We will be distributing SLP-based voting tokens to conference attendings. These voting tokens, when transferred to teams, will represent a share of Bitcoin Bay&#x27;s $1000 prize. Conference attendees and hackers who register via Eventbrite will be given a portion of these voting tokens during the May 8th conference.
