Facilitator: FATIMA MANSARAY (she/her)

Facilitated by an experienced community wellness professional.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and community advocacy, our facilitator brings a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A clinical psychologist with extensive frontline experience in emergency care and case management, she understands the complex realities individuals and families face.

Originally from London, England, she spent 12 years in West Africa and has called Newfoundland and Labrador home for over 26 years. As a biracial professional, she brings a rich cross-cultural perspective to her work.

She is the Founder and President of People of Hope NL, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting newcomers as they navigate and integrate into the community.

Her graduate specialization in counselling clinical psychology focuses on anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is also an active educator and speaker, delivering webinars and presentations to organizations on inclusive practices and equity-focused approaches.
