</strong></h2><p>Meander thru our dining room and sample some of our bite sized southern treats. Delectable and more-ish Deviled Eggs, Mini Sweet Potato Biscuits filled with country ham and peach preserves, and Warm Aged Cheddar and Jalapeno Scones are just some of the offering we present cocktail style. A carnival of small-batch beers will also be presented, all complimenting the nibbles and treats.<strong>

</strong></h2><p>.....oh yes we can! Take a seat in our grouped setting and perhaps make a new friend or get closer to the ones you’ve invited. Our version of a Wedge Salad features crisp iceberg lettuce hearts, a smattering of crumbled blue cheese (feta available on request), a duo of both our Green Goddess dressing and Dilled Ranch dressing, and everyone’s favorite part of a salad....Double Smoked Bacon. With a light sprinkling of fresh herbs and fresh cracked pepper, this salad could be the start of a great friendship.<strong>

</strong></h2><p>A heavy-laden platter featuring our own smoked meats. Tender Pork Back Ribs, meaty and lean sliced Beef Outside Round, Garlic-Brined Chicken Legs, Spicy Smoked Chorizo and Cave-Man style Beef Rib Bones. Served with some traditional side dishes and additional regionally inspired bar b que sauces, this course, along with a stack of napkins, will satisfy the all meat cravings!<strong>

</strong></h2><p>In true southern hospitality, no one leaves without a sweet finish. A platter of desserts featuring a Warm Rhubarb and Berry Cobbler with our Ginger and Cardamom ice cream, a traditional Coconut “Poke” cake and yes, our version of a Red Velvet Cake featuring our Dark Sour Ganache.</p><p>We cannot wait to welcome all the Smugglers back to the Trailhead!</p><p>Book your tickets today!
