Join us Saturday, July 20 at 9am as Nadia McKenzie, certified Les Mills BodyPump Instructor and MetCon coach, leads us through an epic Bootcamp workout 🔥.BOC Let's Move Bootcamp will be a bodyweight cardio workout and we’re going to work up a sweat to some classic 90’s and 2000’s music (i.e hip hop, reggae, r&amp;b, soca). What a fun way to move your body with other members of the BOC family!Please note : this event is for 18+ onlyLevel: All levels are welcome - modifications availableDuration: 45 mins- 1 hourLocation: Mooney's Bay 2960 Riverside Dr.DONATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR THIS EVENT REGISTRATION.
