Is parking available?

Parking can sometimes be difficult to find in downtown Dartmouth. There are often parking spots available at Alderney Landing. There is also a paid parking lot on the corner of Queen street and Alderney Drive. There is also paid street parking, but spots are not guaranteed.

Is wearing a mask mandatory for this workshop?

Accepted Answer

We provide masks and hand sanitizer to all workshop participants and encourage their use. However, we do not enforce a strict mask policy.

Question 3

Is this workshop scent sensitive or scent free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Healthy Minds in-person workshops, groups, and events are scent free.

Question 4

Is Healthy Minds an accessible space?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Healthy Minds is located on the second floor of the queen square building in downtown Dartmouth, across from the ferry terminal. We have an elevator that will take you up our floor and an accessible washroom for those who need it.

Question 5

Can I bring stim-items, paper for doodling, or coloring pages?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We recognize that everyone learns differently so if you learn or listen better with stim items or while coloring or doodling then please bring what you need. We only ask that what you bring is not noisy as not to disturb the rest of the group.
