United Way Avenues of Change Richmond is an innovative project that aims to reduce child vulnerability in Richmond and ensure more kids start school ready to succeed.The project implements strategies designed to support:families with children 0-6 years to connect with and learn from community services and each otherchildren to experience consistently nurturing and stimulating relationships with their parents and caregivers.列市家长交流互助计划是透过社区活动:协助列治文市养育幼儿的家长，建立支援网络及联系社区资源协助家长强化与幼儿的亲子关系，培养孩子身心健康发展，让孩子邁出上学成功第一步

<H1 STYLE="margin-top: 0in; line-height: normal; background: white;">United Way Avenues of Change presents a Learn & Share event on “Brain-wise Parenting” in English with Mandarin translation for families with young children living in Richmond. Brain science has help us deepen our understanding of ourselves, our children, and our relationships with each other. In this session, participants will learn about neuroscience perspective of parent- child relationship and your child’s developing brain to have a better understanding about your child’s emotions.</H1>

“明智育兒”英语 / 普通話講座，由溫哥華沿岸衛生署的兒童和家庭治療師為我們介紹大腦科學以幫助家長加深對自己，孩子以及彼此關係的理解。在講座中，參與者將學習有關親子關係和孩子發育中的大腦的神經科學觀點。父母將從神經科學視角了解親子關係並且通過了解大腦發育而更加理解孩子的情緒。
