Many relationship struggles don’t come from bad luck.

They come from patterns that repeat until they are seen.

This is a reflective, in-person workshop for people who notice the same emotional dynamics showing up again and again, even with different partners.

This is not a dating workshop, communication training, or therapy session.

Instead, we explore:

• why emotional triggers feel so strong
• how relationship patterns form and repeat
• how awareness changes the way we relate
• responsibility without blame or shame
