Courtney O’Connor is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for family health. She supports her clients through a variety of in-person or online one-on-one coaching sessions, accountability appointments, online and social media programs, workshops, and in-home visits.

<P>When was the last time you ate a candy bar in secret or used a baked good to help you feel better on a bad day?Sugar is everywhere and in everything. It is hard to avoid it, especially when we are exposed to it on a daily basis. During this workshop learn how to break free of sugar's grip by understanding the reason your body craves it in the first place. There is a biochemical and emotional attachment that we have to sugar. Learn new tools, as well as new recipes that you can use to finally overcome any sugar addiction. </P>
<P>Everyone who comes will recieve a sugar free meal plan. </P>
