(There is no need to have prior knowledge of the chakras to do this practice.) The descent is just as important as the ascent. The downward movement anchors the energy into your being, your body, and your life. You embody the wisdom of the practice and feel connected in a rooted way.The evening will begin with an opening to set the ritual container, followed by a demonstration, and invitations for the practice. You will be guided through 3 rounds of breathwork with rest in between each round and a longer rest at the end. The evening will complete with a closing of the sacred space. This evening includes music that is louder than you typically experience in meditation to support an environment where you can express yourself. This practice is a combination of breathwork and spiritual practice.
