In this fun and informative workshop we will explore both physiological and brain-centric methods of living with ADHD.

Breath therapy, body-mind connection awareness training, vagus nerve toning, restorative yoga, myo-fascial work and inspiratory muscle training combine for a do-it-yourself technique that has been helping to change lives for over 25 years. About DavidDavid Wilson is a singer, conductor, voice teacher, certified yoga instructor and breath therapist. He is recognized across North America as a leading authority on the use of yoga, functional vocal work and breath therapy to aid healthy singing, public speaking, nervous system regulation and stagecraft. David currently holds positions with the University of Alberta and the Theatre Arts BFA program at MacEwan University, and has self-published six eBooks &amp; Videos on the subjects of voice, yoga, breath, acting and trauma coaching - they are available at www.the-wilson-method.com
