How long is the event?

75 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time at 11:30 AM as we begin at the scheduled time.

How do I travel to the event?

Planet Botanix is a retail shop located on Bank Street in Centretown, Ottawa. There is easy access by car, bus, walking, and bike. Parking is free on downtown streets.

What should I bring?

A writing book and a pen. Yoga mats will be supplied, but you can bring your own if preferred.

NOTE: For the greatest effectiveness, you will need to handwrite.

Can I bring food?

Food is not allowed in this space. Please let me know if you require food for health reasons during the event.

Do we share our writing?

Accepted Answer

Your writing is private. We refrain from talking during the experience to maximize the benefits of the experience. (I will be talking though :)

We will have an optional conversation time after the writing portion.

Is there a washroom on site?

Yes. I will show you where it is before the event begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

Purchases are fully refundable until May 31. Should you need to cancel after that time, I kindly ask that you notify me via e-mail at least 24 hours before the start of the event. You will receive a full credit for the amount paid, which can be applied towards future trees&breathe events.
