This workshop is open to all (18+ yo), whether you’re completely new to meditation or have prior experience. All are welcome!

Is the workshop really free?

Yes! This 2-hour session is completely free as a community wellness initiative.

What should I bring with me?

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and an open mind. Comfortable clothing is recommended, as we’ll be doing some light breathing and sitting.

Do I need to have any experience with meditation or breathwork?

Not at all! This workshop is perfect for beginners. Everything will be guided step-by-step.

Is there an age limit for participants?

This session is best suited for adults (18+). For youth or teen programs, feel free to reach out to us directly!

What happens if I register but can’t attend?

We understand plans can change. If you’re unable to make it, please cancel your ticket so someone else can take your spot , our sessions are small and tend to fill up quickly!

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely , as long as they register in advance through the RSVP link. We kindly ask that each person registers individually to ensure accurate space planning.

What if I feel anxious or unsure about meditation?

That’s totally normal , and a great reason to come! This workshop is a gentle introduction to meditation and breathwork, led by warm, experienced instructors who will guide you every step of the way.
