Take a peaceful pause from the rush of daily life and join us under the stars for Breath. Move. Restore, a nurturing blend of Pilates and Yoga designed to restore balance in both body and mind. Held within the soft glow of our greenhouse sanctuary, this evening invites you to breathe deeply, move gently, and reconnect with the simple beauty of presence. This tranquil gathering brings together mindful movement, breath, and stillness. You’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow to open the body and quiet the mind, followed by a series of Pilates-inspired movements that build inner strength and stability. We’ll close with a restorative-style practice, using slow, supported postures and deep relaxation to release tension and create space for calm and renewal. ✨ After class, we’ll gather around the campfires for tea, light conversation, and heartfelt connection. It’s a time to unwind beneath the open sky, share warmth and stories, and simply enjoy the gentle sense of togetherness that follows mindful movement All levels are welcome. Whether you’re taking your first class or deepening your practice, this is a space to move with kindness and find ease within yourself.
