Join us in person for a morning breathwork practice and start your weekend with grounded presence, clarity, and connection.

This is a conscious, connected breathing practice, facilitated by Bobby Hakkarainen, an experienced breathwork facilitator who hosts regular monthly circles. The session offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release what you’re carrying, and create a grounded foundation for the weekend ahead.You will need a yoga mat, pillow and blanket After the practice, you’re welcome to stay for some nourishing food and casual social connection. Staying afterwards is completely optional. Come as you are. Breathe, connect, and begin your weekend from a grounded place.
