She comes with a wealth of knowledge and loads of fun!Vania is a passionate and creative food specialist with a background in Nutrition and Food Science and MSc. in Food.She is taste obsessed and could talk for hours, about coffee (and other things).

It’s Aeropress Competition season!
Let's celebrate with a pop-up coffee class that will elevate your home brewing skills and improve your morning routine in just 2.5 minutes!
We want you to have incredible value, and impeccable habits and party while you’re doing it.
This is why we start with chocolate and end with treats.
OVERVIEW: Intro to coffee processing, roasting and brewing.  We will talk about factors that impact taste. Class will focus on drip pourover & aeropress. 
TAKE HOME: 1 Aeropress, 1 bag of coffee, coffee loot from Eight Ounce Coffee, mad coffee skills, and lunch.
 
Thanks to our host xoxolat in Yaletown, you will be availed a 10% discount off purchase of any speciality coffee in-store.

Cost $ 70  (already have an aeropress? Bring it and get a $25 discount)
purchase non-refundable, discount will be paid in cash at the class.
