F﻿or The Love Of Ice is owned and operated by Gillian Simpson, a trained Morozko Method Cold Instructor, Sherpa Cold Coach and Wim Hoff Instructor (in training). I guide people into the ICE!! At my events, I coach attendees through a 2-3 minute ice bath session. You will be informed and instructed on how to overcome your fight or flight response, regulate your breathing and best of all, accomplishing a challenging goal. This event will leave you feeling physically, emotionally and mentally amazing, you might overcome a fear, and will have the opportunity to build and strengthen mental resilience. Come and see what the cold has to offer you, it will be your greatest teacher.

J﻿oin Gillian - owner of the For Love Of Ice ice bath and breath work studio in Walkerton, at Grain and Grit Brewery and Tap Room on Saturday May 27th from 12 - 4pm. With your ticket includes a pint of your choice and a guided ice bath lead by Gillian, a certified breath and cold exposure coach.
