Welcome to the Bridging the Gap Knowledge Sharing Community Event!Join us at the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto for an evening of connection, reflection, and collective learning as we come together to support Indigenous youth in the GTA.This event will bring together youth, community members, researchers, service providers, and mental health professionals from across the region. Together, we’ll explore preliminary findings from Bridging the Gap—a five-year systems innovation project focused on the experiences of Indigenous youth accessing mental health services in the GTA.Over the past year, our team has been listening to youth share their stories, challenges, and visions for change. Now, we’re inviting community to gather, hear what we’ve learned so far, and help shape the next steps.What to Expect:<ul><li>Interactive workshops and meaningful discussions</li><li>Insightful teachings from Elders and Knowledge Keepers</li><li>Opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations</li><li>A chance to learn how you and your organization can support systems change</li></ul>This event is also a space to build relationships, share resources, and create pathways forward.Come be part of this vibrant evening of knowledge sharing. Leave with new insights, connections, and inspiration to help bridge the gap in mental health systems for Indigenous youth.Food &amp; refreshments provided!
