Why is the ticketing system a bit clunky?

Eventbrite isn’t designed to let attendees easily select individual days for multi-day events. Since SBM has been using Eventbrite for a long time—and our member database is integrated with it—this is the best option available.

What if I can no longer attend the April 30 in-person event?

Space is limited! If you can’t make it, please email info@sustainablebuildingmanitoba.ca so we can open up your spot for someone else.

What happens if I can’t attend live?

Accepted Answer

No problem! Sessions will be recorded and made available on SBM’s YouTube channel at a later date.

Do I need to download anything to attend online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sessions will be held on Zoom. You’ll receive a link before the event. If you don’t already have Zoom installed, you can download it for free at zoom.us.   You will be notified if any additional technology is required.

Question 5

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you can’t make it, just forward your confirmation email to the person attending in your place. They’ll be able to use your ticket without needing to update registration details.
