Building Trust and Joy

Building Trust and Joy

Online event
Wednesday, Apr 15 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm EDT
Overview

Let's explore how to cultivate trust in our relationships by creating environments rooted in consistency, respect, and authenticity.

Trust is the foundation of all learning, allowing children to feel secure, take risks, and explore their world with confidence. Joy is the natural outcome of deep engagement—when children and adults alike feel seen, valued, and supported in their growth. In this final session, we will explore how to cultivate trust in our relationships with children, parents, and colleagues by creating environments rooted in consistency, respect, and authenticity. We will discuss the role of trust in fostering independence, the connection between emotional safety and joyful learning, and practical strategies for strengthening relationships within our Montessori communities.

Join Kate Millie and Sarah Breckenridge on April 15th as they explore:

  • The importance of trust in early childhood development
  • How to create a joyful and engaging learning environment
  • Practical ways to build strong connections with (0-3) children and families
