Overview

Join me for this special workshop to help you establish a wellness routine that aligns body, mind and spirit.

Daily life is full of routines that we can easily 'fall into'. These routines are beautiful invitations for something so much more when we move through our day in ritual. Many people ask me how to establish these practices to create a more simple approach to overall wellness, so I have developed this sweet little class to walk you through the basics of establishing something simple and effective.


Please join me for this special workshop as we cover:

  • the historical importance of daily rituals
  • how to structure something that is simple and works
  • neurologically-based methods to build better organization and motivation
  • setting up an area for practice
  • basics for meditation - even for the self-professed 'non-meditator'
  • how to use mala beads for meditation, intention and calming of the mind
  • using chanting & movement
  • energy clearing
  • and much more


Online class will join the in-person class. All class materials will be provided electronically.


Chantell Lamondin will be facilitating this class.

Join us for a wonderful evening of self-centering, discussion and light refreshments.


$50 per person + HST
