Six weeks. Three sessions a week. Zero plateaus. Built Different is a progressive 6-week program — Tuesday, Thursday &amp; Saturday, 6:30-7:30 pm — where every week hits harder than the last as your strength, mobility, and endurance level up.Full hour of training, 15-minute cool-down, no wasted time. Arrive 10 minutes early to warm up right. Built around calisthenics, resistance bands, and functional movement, this program prioritizes longevity, movement quality, and injury prevention — systematically building your cardiovascular endurance, full-body strength, and joint mobility, week by week.Whether you've never stepped foot in a gym or you're getting back into it, this is a judgment-free zone built on encouragement, not intimidation. Reserve your spot with a completed Par-Q form + $50 deposit via e-transfer (total program fee: $150). Pack water, a towel, and a mat — the rest is on us. Spots are limited.Are you built different? 🔥
