This has made it essential for collectives such as Black Women Connect Vancouver to bridge the gaps that have been created in the local black community, particularly among black women here.This kind of support will help you feel empowered, connected, and all while learning diverse information in the process. Wherever you are on this challenging journey called life, you may find yourself feeling isolated or unsupported.Black Women Connect Vancouver will help get you connected to people who will inspire and support you!

Get ready to move with confidence and style! Join us for a fun-filled Heels Dance Class led by the talented Jen (@movewithnyna) on November 9. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting, this class is the perfect opportunity to learn some dynamic moves and boost your self-confidence. We're diving into the world of heels/stiletto-style dance, where we'll emphasize musicality, all while enhancing your body lines and self-confidence through dance. 💃🏾Sweat it out, strut your stuff, and have a blast as you learn something new or revisit an old passion!This is an open-level class, so whether you're a dance beginner or an advanced pro, everyone is welcome to join the fun! Heels are optional! Dance however you feel most comfortable 💁🏾‍♀*We ask that if you choose to wear heels or stilettos, make sure that they are scuff-free (requested by the studio)*This event is exclusively for Black women and Black femmes
