BWS Pole class
A pole class for BIPOC women that nurtures both body and community.
Step into the studio, take a breath, and get ready to move in a way that feels powerful and freeing.
Join us for an empowering pole class created for BIPOC women to explore strength, confidence, and self-expression in a supportive, judgment-free space. No experience needed. Whether it is your first time touching a pole or you have tried it before, this session is all about building strength, learning foundational moves, and reconnecting with your body in a fun and affirming way.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in (shorts are recommended for grip), and bring water. All equipment will be provided. There will also be time before and after class to ease in, connect, and chat with one another.
Expect laughter, a little challenge, and a lot of encouragement. This is a space to try something new, take up space, and celebrate yourself, your strength, and your body as it is.
This event is for BIPOC women only.
