Canpeaks Adventures

The control of fire by early humans was a turning point in human evolution. Fire provided a source of warmth, protection, improvement on hunting and a method for cooking food.
Being connected to fire and knowing how to create and manage it is an essential human skill.
Join Canpeaks to learn effective methods to create and control your own fire and how to cook over open flame. 
Some of the skills you will be learning are:
1. Site selection, fuel gathering and preparation.
2. Fire building and lighting techniques
3. Fire management and safety
4. Open flame cooking
Any guests who register for this event will be provided an information package that will explain the event in greater detail.
