Support for pregnant parents.  Every Wednesday.  Alternates between in person and Virtual.

**Must be pregnant to registerJoin this fantastic program to meet other expecting parents and learn about having a healthy pregnancy. These group sessions are facilitated by our experienced team which includes a Registered Dietician, a Registered Nurse/International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and a Parent Support Worker.Sessions are weekly and alternate between in-person and virtual.In-person sessions involve making healthy meals together and socializing.Virtual sessions focus on guided learning topics with time for questions.Grocery cards provided for regular attendance.Childcare available for in-persons sessions for children 0-6.
