<p>Le Programme de contestation judiciaire est un organisme indépendant, financé par le gouvernement fédéral et administré par l’Université d’Ottawa. Le PCJ offre un soutien financier aux justiciables afin qu’ils puissent présenter devant les tribunaux des causes types d’importance nationale visant à clarifier et à faire progresser les droits constitutionnels et quasi constitutionnels en matière de langues officielles et de droits de la personne.&nbsp;La Dre Giles Samson discutera de l’impact du PCJ et réfléchira à l’avenir de ce programme unique au Canada.&nbsp;</p><p>The Court Challenges Program is an independent body, funded by the federal government and administered by the University of Ottawa. The CCP provides financial support to litigants to bring test cases of national importance that aim to clarify and advance constitutional and quasi-constitutional official language rights and human rights before the courts. Dr Giles Samson will discuss the CCP’s impact and reflect on the future of this unique program in Canada.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
