<h2>Registration for the virtual Cannexus21 Conference, Career Development for Public Good, is now closed!</h2><h2></h2><h2>What does a virtual Cannexus look like?</h2><ul><li>Cannexus21 will be taking place on January 25 &amp; 27 and February 1 &amp; 3, 2021</li><li>Days will begin at 12:00 pm ET and run until the late afternoon, accommodating all Canadian time zones. Special Around the World sessions will accommodate a few other different international timezones.</li><li>Over 150 sessions including live keynotes, and both live and on-demand concurrent sessions</li><li>All sessions will be recorded and will be available for later viewing</li><li>Live chat and Q&A with speakers</li><li>Networking opportunities including peer-to-peer matchmaking sessions</li><li>Online exhibit hall</li></ul>Stay tuned for more details in the coming months...<h2>What is included in registration?</h2><ul><li>All four live conference days (January 25 &amp; 27 and February 1 &amp; 3)</li><li>Access to recordings of the sessions after the conference is over for an extended period of time</li><li>Ability to network with delegates, speakers and exhibitors during the live conference days</li></ul><h2>Rate Information</h2>Presenter RateAll presenters are required to register for the conference and will receive a discount. Members of Supporting Organizations RateMembers of a broad-based network of Cannexus supporting organizations receive a 25% discount on registration. This rate may not be combined with any other discount or offer.Note: Supporting organizations are listed in the order they signed on, not alphabetical order. You may need to scroll through the list to find your supporting organization.Student RateThis rate is applicable to full-time students only. Once you register, a letter from your school registrar on official letterhead is required to confirm your student status. Please email the letter to registration@ceric.ca.Group RatesIf you register 5 or more delegates from the same organization at the same time, you qualify for the group rate of 25% off registration fees.This rate may not be combined with any other discount or offer.<h2>Conference Registration Policies</h2>Payment PolicyTo complete your registration, payment must be received within 30 days in order to ensure the rate at the time of recording your registration. Please note, if you register on or after December 28, 2020, you will be required to pay your registration fees by credit card at the time of registration.Cancellation PolicyOnce you register for Cannexus21, you will be granted a 72-hour “Registration Grace Period,” and be eligible for a full refund if you decide to cancel. Please note, if you register after January 20, 2021 there will be no Registration Grace Period, and no refunds will be issued. Due to the format of the virtual conference, no refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after the 72-hour grace period. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will have access to all the session recordings following the conference for an extended period of time.Group cancellation: If a cancellation to a group conference registration order results in fewer than 5 delegates attending, the group discount no longer applies and this difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.Delegate Substitution:Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify us at registration@ceric.ca if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. Supply us with that person’s name and contact information, including their email address. If a substitution results in a change in delegate type (eg, moving from Presenter to Regular registration), the substitute delegate will be required to pay any difference in registration rate. Also note, no delegate substitutions will be permitted after January 20, 2021.Privacy PolicyCERIC respects your privacy and protects your personal information, in compliance with CERIC’s privacy policy. We will not rent, sell or trade your information. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed about your conference registration and related updates. CERIC or its designate may contact you about your conference registration.Place OrderIf you do not see the "Place Order" button appear to finalize your registration, it means that one or more fields marked mandatory "*" have not been completed.
