We are welcoming students interested in our Associate Talent Program to join us at our office for an in-person Open House this March!

Are you a student studying Business, Engineering, or Computer Science looking for a permanent role at a leading global consultancy? Join us at the Capco Toronto office to learn more about Capco, hear from our consultants, and network 1:1 with senior leaders!

Snacks and refreshments will be provided. What to expect:
4:00 PM Doors Open
4:00 – 5:00 PM Reception Hour: Meet Capco people, start great conversations 
4:55 PM Doors Closed
5:00 – 5:30 PM Fireside Chat: Hear about some of the journeys of our Capco people 
5:30 – 8:00 PM Open House: Sit in on a breakout room, sign up for a 1:1, or network with our consultants – the choice is yours!
8:00 PM End of event





Who we&#x27;re looking for
2023 Graduates who are interested in tech and/or the financial services industry. We are looking for Business Analysts, Business Technology Analysts, and Developers.
What you can expect
<ul><li>Be Yourself at Work: Capco encourages people to participate in the culture by defining it themselves. From pitch tanks, sports events, and open forum speaking events, Capco lets its consultants bring themselves to work.
</li><li>Mentorship: Our mentorship programs support you as you progress at Capco. When you join, you are paired with a Buddy, who will help you get settled at the office andprovide ongoing mentorship. 
</li><li>Level-up: The cross pollination of technology and business resources at Capco encourages development outside of existing skill sets. Consultants share ideas freely in formal development sessions and in-formal project settings that help each other broaden our expertise.
</li><li>Perks: Excellent vacation policy, mobile phone &amp; plan, team events (e.g. Amazing Race, sushi-making classes, paint night etc.), gym memberships and last but not least, a number of awesome coffee machines and beer taps.
</li></ul>Roles &amp; where to apply
Capco is hiring Undergraduate students to three roles at the Associate level: Business Associate, Business Technology Associate, and Developer Associate.
Capco Associate, Business
Candidates graduating from an Bachelor&#x27;s degree with a focus on Strategy, Finance, or Technology. Associates will work towards developing an understanding of strategic client direction, risk and issues, and project goals.

Capco Associate, Business Technology
Candidates graduating from an Bachelor&#x27;s degree with a focus on Strategy, Finance, or Technology. Associates will interface between business and technology to translate business needs into target state solutions and system designs.

Capco Associate, Developer
Candidates graduating from an Bachelor&#x27;s degree with a focus on Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science. Associates will develop and optimize applications and services that are used by millions of customers in the FinTech industry.
