1) Networking (group or in breakout rooms)Come ready with your elevator pitch and your 1-2 minute intro.
2) Capital perspective (30 minutes)
I’ll open with what I’m seeing across markets, capital flows, risk, and opportunity — not as advice, but as a way to frame how I’m thinking and allocating in real time. What I am doing, and how I am doing it.
3) Group capital discussion & hot seats (60–90 minutes)
Everyone is welcome to bring deals, questions, challenges, or ideas — whether that’s real estate, investing, partnerships, or simply figuring out what to do next with your capital. The room becomes the brain trust - a safe place to share ideas and ask for help.
The goal is to make this session more useful, more relevant, and more aligned with how this amazing group is actually operating — thoughtful investors, not students in a class.
The sessions will take place on the same day and same time (3rd Friday of each month @ 5pm PST - 7pm PST).
